Guided Steps Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider in Melbourne. Our diverse team provides disability support at home and in the community, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), personal care, household tasks, transport, community participation, life skills and employment support.
Meet your support workers first at a meet and greet, choose who you’re comfortable with, and reach us after hours when something comes up.
The NDIS funds reasonable and necessary supports for eligible people with a permanent and significant disability, so they can live an ordinary life.
The NDIS will help people with disability achieve their goals. This may include greater independence, community involvement, employment and improved wellbeing.
As an insurance scheme, the NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing in people with disability early to improve their outcomes later in life.
The NDIS also provides people with disability, their family and carers with information and referrals to existing support services in the community.
You can call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to make an Access Request, or ask them for a form. A Local Area Coordinator or your local NDIA office can help you with it. You’ll need to give evidence of your age, residency and disability.
